Mix 1 part Concentrate to 2 parts distilled water in an empty foaming pump bottle and shake well. Pump 3–4 times onto a cleansing brush, snag-free makeup remover cloth, or fingertips, work in a circular motion over the face and around the eyes and lash line to remove makeup, buildup, and oils.
