Fill the pen by mixing 1 part Prolong Lash Cleanser Concentrate to 2 parts distilled water. Apply directly to a cleansing brush and work gently along the lash line to remove makeup, oils, and daily buildup. Rinse thoroughly with water. As there is no foaming mechanism, the pen will not foam but it remains an effective and convenient cleanser for on-the-go lash care.
