How to use
Simply mix 1ml concentrate with 2ml distilled water, dispense mixed solution into the empty pens, and twist the bottom of the pen to dispense the cleanser. The brush tip with cleanser can be used directly on the lash line. PLEASE NOTE: there is NO foaming mechanism within the pen as there would be in a foaming pump bottle, therefore the product will not foam when dispensed.
