The Order Processing schedule from our Arizona Distribution Centre which operates 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday is as follows:

Orders normally ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season.

Any order that is received Monday - Friday before 1:00 PM EST will ship the following business day when a non-expedited ship service is used. Shipping will take between 2- 5 days depending on where you are located. Please refer to the Zone Map Link Provided.

When placing your order, please keep these delays in mind, order sooner rather than later, allow for delays, and please be patient and kind to our Customer Service team during this difficult time.

If you want to cancel or change your order please contact info@prolonglash.com.au as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel your order.

Note: Our distribution centre process orders promptly, so it isn’t always possible to cancel your order. The warehouse team move as fast as lightening to get your package quickly as we know you appreciate. If this happens, you can refuse your delivery on arrival or you can return your unopened package to sender without charge once we receive this package, we will refund your money.

When Prolong Lash offer a "free shipping" promotion, parcels will be shipped by standard post.  

International Orders

Shipping rates will vary depending on location & order size

• All orders are shipped within 2 business day of receiving payment
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code in the email provided
• If you incur any duties or additional taxes from your country when receiving the delivery, this is the solely the buyer’s responsibility. Prolong Lash™ is unable to advise on what these local taxes and duties may be
• At the checkout, you will be charged in your local currency at the equivalent rate shown in AUD (you can see currency conversion rates here
• If you have any concerns or special requests regarding your order, please contact us at info@prolonglash.com.au.
• Shipping times from the US - Internationally vary from 5-14 days in the current environment and depend on the option of carrier you select

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply on orders shipped to some countries. These duties and taxes are outside of the control of Prolong Lash Australia and such duties and taxes will be paid directly to the authority issuing them in affected countries.
