Can I make changes to my subscription?

Want to change your subscription length? Yes, you have full flexibility to change your subscription period, whether you want to extend or reduce it.

What frequency should I choose?

Frequencies vary slightly from product to product; however, our subscriptions are generally available every 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. You can choose whatever option works best for you.

Can I subscribe to different products at different frequencies?

Yes, of course you can! You’re subscription can be managed in your personal portal and each product is treated as an individual option. 

Is there a minimum order value for subscriptions?

No, you can order as much or as little as you like in your subscription. However,  your subscription discount gets better the bigger your purchase.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Subscription payments will be processed on the due date of your next subscription. You do not have to pay in advance or pay for products you skip or remove from your subscription.

Can I subscribe using Afterpay?
