Pricing
Our prices can change from time to time. Your login always shows the current price before you buy.
Staying active
Place at least one order every 6 months to keep your Partner Pricing and benefits. If life gets busy, just reach out and we'll help you get back on board.
Your own branded cleanser
Love the idea of your own branded cleanser? You've got options. Our White Label Foaming Pumps are ready to go: just add your own label, with no mixing and no FDA registration needed.
Prefer to dilute our Cleanser Concentrate? Simply follow our dilution instructions using distilled water only. It's perfect for using in your salon or gifting to clients. If you'd like to sell it, you may need to register as a processor with the FDA. It's a straightforward, affordable process, and our FDA Certification page walks you through it.
If you sell under your own brand, we also recommend product liability insurance.
Talking about our products
We'll share ready-to-use product claims you can use with confidence. Our products are FDA MoCRA Registered cosmetics, so "FDA MoCRA Registered" is the right way to describe them, rather than "FDA approved".
Our Wholesale Program
Our Wholesale Program is separate from our Partner Program. It's for distribution centers, beauty supply stores and other businesses that supply salons or retailers, rather than selling to their own clients.
Wholesale pricing is arranged individually. Just email a request to hello@prolonglash.com.au with a little about your business, and we'll be in touch to discuss.
Sales tax
Want your account set up tax-exempt? Just send us your state resale certificate.
Deliveries
If anything arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right.
