It’s safe to use up to 18–24 months. The cleanser concentrate expiry date is (printed on the original concentrate bottle) and also applies to your diluted cleanser, provided it is stored properly and mixed with distilled water.

This is completely normal and safe. Prolong Lash Cleanser includes natural steam extracted rose water, and subtle yellow tinting may occur due to variations in the raw botanical ingredients. This does not affect the performance or safety of your lash shampoo in any way.
The Oil Free Eyeliner should be used within 6 months of opening.
You can expect approximately 120 applications from each eyeliner.
Yes, Prolong Lash Cleanser Concentrate, Prolong Lash Foaming Cleanser, and Prolong Lash Eyeliner are vegan. While they are not yet Certified Vegan, we are working on the certification process.

The expiry date printed on the cleanser concentrate bottle applies to the diluted concentrate in the travel pen, provided that distilled water has been used.
You can get approximately 15 cleanses out of the travel pen.

No, the travel pens will not produce foam as there is no spring mechanism in the pen.
While the cleanser won't foam, it still works effectively and is entirely safe for use.
